Use of this site

This site explains Always Staffed services and lets visitors request a workflow review. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

Services

Always Staffed builds managed AI employee workflows around approved tools, accounts, and business processes. A form submission does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, or guarantee a specific result.

Proposals and pricing

Pricing, timelines, scope, and tool requirements are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement. Tool usage, third-party platform fees, and client-owned software costs may be separate unless stated otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Third-party tools

Workflows may depend on tools such as hosting providers, phone systems, email providers, CRMs, databases, AI models, calendars, analytics, and notification systems. Always Staffed is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or unsupported integrations.

No guaranteed outcomes

Always Staffed aims to reduce manual work and improve operational follow-through, but does not guarantee revenue, appointment volume, deliverability, compliance outcomes, or uninterrupted service.

Approval and automation limits

Sensitive sends, payments, customer-impact actions, and important record changes should be explicitly approved in the workflow design. If a tool cannot be automated safely, the workflow may require fallback steps or human review.
